The quality of the X-ray services provided is exceptional. The state-of-the-art equipment and skilled technicians ensure accurate and clear images, which has greatly enhanced our ability to provide precise diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

Moreover, the reduced waiting times and streamlined process have allowed us to see more patients and provide more comprehensive care. The efficiency of Open Diagnostics service has positively impacted our practice’s workflow and patient satisfaction.

In conclusion, the addition of Open Diagnostics to Maponya Mall has been a blessing for our medical practice and the community we serve. However, there is an opportunity to enhance the service offering by introducing mammography services. Given the significant number of women over 40 who require regular mammograms, and considering that many medical aids mandate these screenings, adding this service would address a critical need in the community. Implementing mammography aligns with the center’s commitment to comprehensive diagnostic services and would greatly benefit both patients and referring practitioners.

I was blown away by the lady who was transporting us, very kind and sweet, and she offered us coffee and the service. And your facility was amazing. Friendly staff members, keep up the good work.
